What age can children start?
Regular group classes start at age four when a child is potty-trained and can follow basic directions. Baby-and-me lessons for younger children are available by appointment.
Which styles do you teach?
Albert combines Goju-ryu karate, aikido, and kickboxing influences in his Red Dragon Self Defense USA approach, focused on practical application.
When do classes meet?
Group classes meet Monday through Friday: teens and adults at 4 PM, kids at 5:15 PM, teens at 6 PM, and adults 18+ at 7 PM. See the schedule for the full details.
What does group tuition cost?
The first family member is $195 per month. Each additional family member is $75 per month. Eligible students can ask about a 10% discount on first-member tuition.
Do you provide after-school pickup or childcare?
These are martial arts classes held after school hours, not a pickup or childcare service.
Can adults and older students join?
Yes. Albert welcomes adults and sets no upper age limit. Talk with him about your goals, class fit, and any accommodations you need.
Can I book online?
Please call or text (732) 757-8800 to arrange your first visit or a private lesson. There is no online reservation or payment required on this website.
