NRA Basic Pistol Course

8 hours and up · Starting at $180

We encourage you to use your own firearm. If needed, a firearm will be provided with ammo at an additional cost. The NRA Basics Pistol Course is a great way for you to learn the basics of shooting from the top firearms training organization in the world!

The course may be used to obtain the certification for your concealed carry permit in some states. Be sure to contact that state to find out whether this course fulfills the requirements. Classroom work will be done at your home, or office. An NRA membership is not required, but encouraged.

Basic Firearm Safety Concepts

This is a safety and basic concepts review course for all new firearm owners or potential owners. This class is offered in your home or office, and uses no real firearms or live rounds.

Is it time to buy your firearm?
If you are going to buy a firearm for the first time, make sure you have all the correct permits! There are many different pistols with different calibers, makes/models and shapes/sizes. This can get extremely overwhelming for someone who does not have the right guidance. We will be there to help you every step of the way. This way you can shop with confidence and make the correct and safe decisions.

Firearms Cleaning Basics

This class teaches you how to properly clean your firearm. When scheduling – Please include the make, the model, the caliber and year of firearm . Basic cleaning is always needed to maintain your firearm in proper working order.

Building a Range Bag (Add on Class)

30 minutes · $30

This class teaches you everything you need to know about how to build a proper and safe Range Bag.
This is an add on class.

Kickboxing and Aikido

1 hour and up · Starting at $65

This is a Kickboxing and Aikido class. You can train in one or both for the same price for a great combo! This is taught by a Black Belt.

Basics of Knife Combat

1 hour and up · Starting at $65

The Basic Knife Combat training class will train you in the basic use of a knife and how to defend yourself from a knife attack. This is taught by a Black Belt.

Self-Defense

Self-Defense training focuses on common situations and is taught by a Black Belt.

My child isn't athletic. Can he/she still participate in martial arts?
Absolutely. Martial arts teaches kids to be coordinated, flexible and strong. Kids who don’t naturally have these qualities develop them. Kids who do have these qualities develop them even more.
Are these martial arts classes fun?
Yes! After all, these are children we’re dealing with here. And kids love their fun. We do a variety of games and activities that have kids laughing and smiling. We work hard here – but we play just as hard.
What's a good age for a child to start martial arts?
Honestly, practically every age is a good age to start! We have young children, as well as teenagers. We also have specific programs for adults. So no matter what age – we’ve got you covered.
Can martial arts cause injury?
Because we place such a huge focus on safety and injury prevention, we’re proud to say that injuries are very few and far between with our program. In fact, because martial arts gets you in great shape, and makes you strong and flexible, people often see LESS injuries in their lives.
Do you have to be in good shape to take martial arts?
Not at all! In fact, many people use martial arts as a way to get in good shape. They come to us out of shape, and quickly become athletic and limber.
Is martial arts violent?

No! Because self-defense technique is taught in martial arts. We teach diplomacy and friendship. However, if a violent situation ever arises in your life, you’ll have powerful tools to defend yourself and your loved ones.
